How do you handle returns/refunds?
The bottom line is we want to keep you happy and provide top-notch service so that we look good and you will recommend us to your friends. To that extent, we do everything possible to quickly rectify any problem order.
How long does it take to receive an order?
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Orders typically arrive within 2-3 days for USPS. We only ship to USA which is the lower 48.
We only ship to confirmed addresses (sorry NO P.O. Boxes).
All Semi's are shipped via USPS Priority mail.
I only ship items out on Friday's or Monday's
